Ezeagu Student Leaders Throws Weight Behind Hon. Chima Obieze, Pledges Full Support.

The Ezeagu student leaders under the platform of PDP Students Wing Ezeagu chapter paid a courtesy visit to Rt. Hon. Chima Obieze at his Enugu residence where they interacted about the problems facing the students of Ezeagu and how best to nip them in the bud.

The group, which consists of student leaders across all Nigerian institutions, and also structured across all the wards in Ezeagu in their bid to negotiate a better future for the whole students of Ezeagu met with the Rt. Honorable in his Enugu residence to discuss the problems of the students and how ready the students are to support him through his political ambition in the coming polls.

During their visit, the coordinator of the group, Chienyi Angus Kosy (Siko) thanked the honorable member for all the good things he has been doing for the student community of Ezeagu which includes; his annual bursary, scholarships, admission supports and many more. 

Comrade. Angus appreciated the honorable member for his quality representation, he thanked him for being a role model to many upcoming politicians and students in Ezeagu. He also urged him to keep up the good work going for the students of Ezeagu while reminding him that there are more things needed by the students too which includes; job opportunities for the graduates amongst them.

Responding, Rt. Hon. Chima Obieze expressed his profound gratitude to the students for making out time, out of their different busy schedule to pay him the visit. He recalled when he was a student leader like them by telling them a small story of how he started his political career as a student leader just like them.

The honourable member reminded them that the students have been one of his major interests as a politician, which is why he always give out bursaries, scholarships, etc., to them. He also pledged to do more for the students if elected by the special grace of God.

Hon. Obieze further convinced the students with strong reasons why they should support and vote for him in the coming election. He charged them to do more work in convincing the good people of Ezeagu to cast their votes for him.

The group leader in his closing remarks expressed his gratitude on behalf of the group for the hospitality and words of encouragement of the honorable member. The whole group then stood with praises and unanimously endorsed Hon. Obieze in one voice for continuity and vow to do all within their ability within the purview of the Law to help him emerge victoriously in their different wards and polling units in the next polls.
