Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, has on his official Facebook page, described the Executive Governor of Enugu State, citing the some of the many areas where the governor has touched in his developmental sojourn to better Enugu State the past six years of his administration as the governor of the State.

Six Years Of Outstanding Leadership: Celebrating An ICONIC Leader.
Time seldom flies when it is duly utilized; and never ends, when it is worth the use. Indeed this period of six years on seat of the Enugu State Governor has built in the psyche of literally every Enugu State Citizen of goodwill, the essence of good leadership, and the joy that is always brought to the people of God when the righteous is in power.
The developmental strides of this exemplar of good leadership, His Excellency, Rt Hon. Dr. Lawrence Ugwuanyi, this period of six years on seat has left a blueprint for those who wants to lead outstanding governments to follow. Over the years, the People’s Governor, Rt. Hon. Dr. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, has empowered communities sustainably and developed thousands of individuals through his mentorship and grants. Through his career, exposure and knowledge as an Administrator per excellence who is passionate about service to humanity, he is equipped with the most valuable skills required for the sound impression he has made so far in governance in the state.
As a state with strong population of youths with sound education and equally adventurous, he provided them with a sound leadership and visionary administrative performance and hence gives them ample opportunities to survive. This adventurous move into changing the narratives of the youths he has shown, using Enugu state SME center’s multi dimensional youth empowerment and Skills acquisition programs as a wheel in doing wonders in the lives of Ndi Enugu youths and the general populace at large. With this youths are given survival opportunities and confidence created in them, hence taken them away from street thereby taming crime and youth restiveness of any kind. Gburugburu is the Real Lion of Enugu State who have Roared positively on our Youths.
Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi knowing fully well the deplorable conditions of Rural dwellers, ventured into rural development, he has through Rural Access and Mobility Project 2 (RAMP 2) programmes constructed over 417.682km as against set target of 370km verifyable Rural roads and many others across Enugu State, and was commended by The National Cordinator for Rural Access and Mobility Projects (RAMP), and Rural Access and Agricultural Marketing Project (RAAMP), Federal Project Management Unit (FPMU) Abuja, Egnr. Aminu Bodinga Mohammed at one of inuaguration of Road/Bridges at Neke-Mbu Ogbudu Abba-Obollo Etiti Road. He said that this was possible because he paid his counterpart Funds not putting in consideration the harsh condition of the economy. This silent achiever equally delved into Rural housing project in his efforts to bring development to Rural dwellers. There are housing Projects in Amankpaka Ugwuogo Nike Autonomous Community in Enugu East local Government Area, housing estate at Akagbe Ugwu and many other areas the presence of government is felt. Really, Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi is a great Achiever. In him we have found a real leader who is to be celebrated.In the area of Security also, Enugu state is faring better today under the auspices of the sterling investments in the security sector by Governor Ugwuanyi. His many trajectories in this regard is yielding better results than ever. Neighborhood watch, the Forest Guards and the special constabularies are among the far reaching initiatives of the Governor to contain security threats in the state. It is important to mention also that through his dogged spirit to replicate his vision to enthrone enduring security of lives and property in the entire South East region, he in concert with his counterparts in the region recently facilitated the launch of joint Eastern Security Network “EBUBEAGU”.
The White Lion of Enugu State conducts his affairs in a manner that the people of the State have the best of everything humanly possible in the governance of the state.A short trip to Enugu State, especially the capital city will certify the claims of the Magic of the Governor’s performance. It is not an exaggeration to say that the Peace loving Governor has not only handed over the Dividends of democracy to his people within his six years spell as Governor but has done it with panache and fanfare, giving Glory to God for all he has been able to do. It is important to underscore the simplicity of the personae holding forth at the Enugu State Lion building. His humility in the service of the people has no immediate comparison. Perhaps, our Lord Jesus Christ must have Ugwuanyi’s ilk in mind, when he admonished His apostles to always strive to serve others if we ever intend to be great leaders. Christ Himself thoroughly condemns those who is always striving to Lord it over the others. Little wonder, governor Ugwuanyi handed over the reigns of his administration to the able hands of God for direction and guidance. Governor Ugwuanyi’s second name should capture his service compact with the people, Ifeanyichukwu.
